IT Support (3 Months Contract) (West Area)

Job Responsibilities Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment. Set up user accounts, email accounts, and IT equipment for new employees. Provide technical support for Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and other business applications. Troubleshoot basic network, internet, and connectivity issues. Maintain IT equipment inventory and ensure IT assets are properly tracked. Liaise with external vendors for hardware repairs and maintenance when required. Provide support for office IT setup, system upgrades, and ad hoc IT-related tasks. Ensure timely resolution of IT support requests while maintaining a high level of customer service Requirements Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
