Job Responsibilities: Perform basic installation, setup, and commissioning of commercial coffee machines Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning Assist senior technicians with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues Respond to customer service requests and provide on‑site technical support Document service activities, parts usage, and machine status in service reports Support warehouse tasks such as machine preparation, testing, and configuration before delivery.
