Responsibilities Manage the full spectrum of Accounts Payable Verify and process supplier invoices and petty cash claims Prepare payments through various methods Prepare monthly payment schedules and reconcile supplier accounts Maintain daily cash and bank records Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations Assist with monthly management account closings Handle phone inquiries from suppliers Prepare intercompany AR billings, where applicable Support ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements Diploma in Business / Accountancy or equivalent At least 1 year accounting experiences.
