Mon - Fri, 8am - 5:45pm Job Responsibilities: Coordinate with customers, forwarders, and warehouse teams to ensure timely shipment readiness, delivery schedules, and smooth inbound/outbound operations. Handle customer enquiries on stock availability and shipment status while maintaining effective communication between customers and warehouse personnel. Prepare and process delivery documentation, billing summaries, and monthly KPI reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Analyze operational data, support inventory stock takes, resolve logistics issues, and assist the Warehouse Manager with continuous improvement initiatives and ad-hoc assignments.
