Human Resource Executive (L&D / HR Generalist/ Tuas)

Location: Tuas Working hrs: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm AWS + VB Key Responsibilities HR Operations Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee benefits, welfare, and offboarding. Handle employee relations matters such as counselling, grievances, and general HR support. Assist with Regional HR administrative and secretariat duties. Manage International Assignment Office (IAO) matters. Process work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, tax clearance, and visa applications for foreign employees through MOM's online system. Learning & Development Coordinate and administer employee training and development programs. Review and update performance management and competency assessment processes. Support the development and improvement of technical training programs for business units. Conduct training sessions (technical and non-technical) and evaluate training effectiveness. Plan and coordinate both in-house and external training for Singapore operations. Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with audit requirements, including ISO audits. Administer Skills Development Fund (SDF) and other government training grant claims. Requirements: Experience in HR operations covering recruitment, employee relations, and training & development.
