Assistant Warehouse Manager (Mnc/ Up To $4,500+AWS+Vb+Changi)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm Working Location: Changi South Job Description Lead a team of warehouse staff Responsible day-to-day warehousing operations. Manage space for inbound shipment by optimizing warehouse space & location Manage inventory by conducting daily/weekly cycle count Ensuring picking & packing are completed within the ship date Develop and maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction Meet operations key performance indicators and improve on customers’ feedback Develop and review SOP Any other tasks as assigned by Management Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role, preferably in the logistics industry or experience in managing FMCG goods warehouse Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and logistics planning Minimum Diploma in Logistics or equivalent Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills Proficient in using warehouse management systems and data analysis tools Effective leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to warehouse operations HOW TO APPLY: Interested applicants, please click on “Apply Now” or submit your resume to ref78@trustrecruit.com.sg We regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
