Draftsperson (M&E/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Revit/ East)

Key Responsibilities: Create detailed mechanical and electrical design drawings, schematics, and layouts using CAD software. Ensure all designs meet project specifications and standards. Work closely with engineers and project managers to understand design requirements and make necessary adjustments. Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions. Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for design modifications, project specifications, and technical reports. Review designs for accuracy and compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Conduct design checks and revisions as needed. Address design issues and provide solutions that enhance the functionality and efficiency of M&E systems. Requirements: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in CAD or design drafting are a plus. 2 years of experience as a Design Draftsperson Proficiency in CAD software (Revit) and strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.
