Engage customers and translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions. Lead solution design, presentations, demos & POCs. Build compelling proposals (architecture + costing + positioning). Work closely with vendors and internal teams to make deals happen. Support RFPs, SOWs, and ensure solutions are delivery-ready.
