Kitchen Chef

Job Responsibilities Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to company recipes and standards. Supervise and support kitchen staff to ensure efficient daily operations. Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control. Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene in compliance with regulations. Plan food preparation schedules and ensure timely service. Manage inventory, stock ordering, and minimize food waste. Train new kitchen staff and promote teamwork. Ensure all kitchen equipment is used and maintained properly. Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Chef or Senior Chef. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management. Leadership and team supervision skills. Good understanding of food safety and sanitation standards. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Culinary certification is an advantage. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
