This organization focuses on safeguarding the billions of users across family of apps from harmful content, malicious actors, and detrimental behaviours. By leveraging cutting-edge technology and collaborating with cross-functional teams worldwide, the Global Response Org plays a crucial role in creating and upholding a secure and positive environment for the global community. As a Regional Enforcement Specialist, your primary role is to process incoming demand enqueued through GRO's production workflows, applying your cultural and linguistic expertise alongside deep knowledge of client's implementation standards and enforcement tools to reach accurate enforcement decisions. You will serve as a subject matter expert for your assigned market or region, ensuring that content requiring local context is reviewed with the nuance and accuracy it demands. Where cases are complex or ambiguous, you will collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders to arrive at the correct enforcement outcome. Responsibilities Review and action incoming demand enqueued through GRO production workflows (SRT, Cases) accurately and within established SLAs Serve as an expert in policy application and enforcing company's terms of service (including Community Standards, Advertiser & Commerce Policies, and product-specific guidelines) as they apply to content from your assigned market/region Apply native/fluent language skills and deep cultural, geopolitical, and community-specific knowledge to accurately assess content that requires regional context Maintain expert-level proficiency in company enforcement tools and systems to efficiently and correctly process queued demand Collaborate with internal stakeholders (including Policy, Legal, and Operations teams) where necessary to provide input to ambiguous or complex cases and arrive at the correct enforcement outcome Ensure quality and accuracy of enforcement decisions, meeting or exceeding established quality benchmarks Escalate cases that fall outside established decision frameworks or require additional expertise to appropriate teams in a timely manner Stay current on policy updates, enforcement standards, implementation guidelines, and workflow changes relevant to your assigned market/region Work as part of a 24/7 global team, including the potential for on-call shifts during weekends/after-hours when needed This role may involve exposure to potentially graphic and/or objectionable content including but not limited to graphic images, videos and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other potentially objectionable material. i.e. child exploitation, graphic violence, animal abuse, self-injury and other content which may be considered offensive or disturbing. Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, online operations, or similar roles for a technology company Demonstrated accuracy in high-volume content review or enforcement operations Ability to interpret and consistently apply complex policy implementation guidelines Ability to work with graphic and objectionable content coupled with a broad understanding of company's Community Standards Ability to make sound judgments under tight deadlines and competing priorities Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to reach correct enforcement outcomes Familiarity with content moderation tooling and queue-based workflow systems Please note that this is not a full-time employment opportunity.
