What You Will Do Able to use continuous improvement tools and in-house program (CORE) to achieve organizational excellence in terms of EH&S, Quality and Customer Satisfactions. Train and prepare teams on continuous improvement program and in-house program (CORE) Lead/ participate in TOS CORE Council reviews. Support CORE Sub-Committees activities. Partner with Operations and cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, develop and implement sustainable solutions, and monitor improvement actions that support business objectives. Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and performance reports to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision making. Support digitalization and automation initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps, and Power Automate) to streamline business processes, improve reporting efficiency and enhance operational visibility. Collect, transform, validate and analyze operational data from multiple sources to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for process optimization. Develop simulation models using FlexSim or similar simulation software to evaluate manufacturing processes, capacity, resource utilization and operational improvement opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop digital solutions that improve operational efficiency, automate manual processes and enhance user experience. Highly motivated individual who is meticulous, possesses good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work independently in a team. Qualifications You Must Have Diploma in Industrial Engineering preferred. Other related engineering or technical disciplines will also be considered. Preferred 2–5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Data Analytics, Digitalization, or a related operational environment. Entry level is welcomed Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving methodologies. Hands-on experience applying Continuous Improvement tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Process Mapping, Standard Work, and Visual Management. Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps, and Power Automate, to develop dashboards, automate workflows, digitize business processes, and support operational excellence initiatives. Strong data analysis and visualization skills, with experience developing Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and performance reports using Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. Experience with FlexSim or similar simulation software to model, analyze and optimize manufacturing processes, material flow, production capacity and resource utilization. Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and their application in process improvement, data analytics and business process automation.
