(www.twofo.org) About the Role We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and highly trusted Executive Personal Assistant to support the Founder of an international business group. This role provides comprehensive support across business and personal priorities, including schedule management, travel coordination, stakeholder communication, and selected private arrangements requiring a high level of discretion. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and professional, with strong communication skills, integrity, and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively provide solutions in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Founder Support & Priority Management • Manage and coordinate the Founder’s daily priorities, schedule, meetings, and commitments • Proactively identify conflicts, anticipate needs, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency • Coordinate business meetings, follow-up actions, and key priorities to ensure effective execution • Arrange and support international travel, including itinerary planning, logistics coordination, and on-site support when required • Coordinate communication with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders across different regions • Handle confidential business and personal matters with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment • Support special projects and ad-hoc requests with flexibility, ownership, and attention to detail Personal & Private Support • Support selected personal arrangements, appointments, and private matters with discretion • Coordinate personal schedules and special requests when required • Provide reliable support on matters requiring trust, responsiveness, and confidentiality Requirements may include: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification • 5+ years of experience supporting executives, founders, CEOs, entrepreneurs, or business leaders in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary, or similar role • Proven experience managing executive schedules, travel coordination, meeting arrangements, priorities, and confidential matters • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and changing requirements independently • High level of integrity, reliability, discretion, and professionalism • Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through and execution capability • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and polished approach • Comfortable working in a dynamic international environment with flexibility for overseas travel when required Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience supporting a Founder, CEO, entrepreneur, or senior executive in a high-trust environment • Experience in a family office, privately held company, investment environment, or entrepreneurial organization • Strong judgment, ownership mindset, and familiarity with AI tools or digital productivity solutions What We Offer • Gain direct exposure to international business operations, investment activities, and entrepreneurial decision-making. • A high-trust role with significant ownership and direct impact • Long-term career opportunity within an international family office environment • Competitive compensation package based on experience and capability If you are interest, please share your update resume to hr@twofo.org for further discussion.
