About this role
Responsibilities Support commercial operations by monitoring sales activities, pipeline health, and overall business performance across multiple sales teams Maintain CRM accuracy by reviewing opportunities, customer records, sales activities, and forecasting data Track deal progression, sales cycles, and pipeline movement, ensuring opportunities are updated in a timely and accurate manner Attend internal sales meetings to review pipeline status, challenge assumptions, and follow up on outstanding action items Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance insights to support management decision-making Work closely with sales leaders to improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and CRM adoption Identify gaps, trends, and process improvement opportunities to enhance commercial effectiveness Support ad hoc commercial analysis, reporting, and operational initiatives as required Requirements Experience in sales operations, commercial operations, business operations, sales support, or similar analytical roles Strong proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar systems Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, monitor KPIs, and identify trends Confident communicator who is comfortable engaging sales teams, following up on commitments, and maintaining high standards of operational discipline Additional Information Experience within technology, system integration, software, distribution, or other complex B2B sales environments will be advantageous Exposure to long sales cycles, enterprise customers, or solution-based selling will be highly regarded Opportunity to work closely with senior commercial leaders and play a key role in driving sales performance and operational excellence Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd | EA License No.: 24C2479 Ivan Lim | EA Personnel No.: R1109856
