Clinic Operations Executive (Up To $3,800 Base + AWS + Pb + Vb | 5.5Days)

Responsibilities Support the Clinic Manager in the day-to-day operations of the dental clinic to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery Build strong relationships with patients by guiding them through consultations, treatment planning, and follow-up appointments Coordinate treatment schedules, surgeries, and appointments in collaboration with the dental team Explain treatment plans, payment options, and available financing solutions to patients with professionalism and empathy Follow up on enquiries and prospective patients to support appointment conversions and ongoing patient engagement Manage front office operations including patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing, and payment collection Process Medisave, CHAS, insurance claims, and maintain accurate patient records within the clinic management system Deliver a high standard of patient care while assisting with administrative and operational duties to support the overall success of the clinic Requirements Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent qualification Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service Experience in dental, healthcare, aesthetics, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing environments will be advantageous Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd | EA License No.: 24C2479 Ivan Lim | EA Personnel No.: R1109856
