Accounts Executive (Up To $4,000 + AWS + Pb | Start Work 29Th June 2026)

Immediate starter only (29th June 2026 start) Training and onboarding provided 8.30am to 5.30pm Base up to $4,000 + AWS + PB Amk/Serangoon Area Responsibilities Manage invoicing and billing activities, ensuring timely submission and accurate documentation Follow up on outstanding documents, purchase orders, and billing-related matters Prepare and post basic accounting entries, including accruals, prepayments, and provisions Maintain financial schedules, records, and supporting documentation Support project administration activities, including purchase orders and project tracking Monitor project costs, timelines, and status updates in collaboration with internal stakeholders Assist with general accounting and finance administration activities Provide ad hoc administrative and operational support to the finance team when required Requirements Minimum ITE, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related disciplines Experience in accounting, finance administration, accounts receivable, accounts payable, or similar support functions will be advantageous Familiarity with accounting systems, ERP platforms, or Microsoft Excel will be beneficial Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd | EA License No.: 24C2479 Ivan Lim | EA Personnel No.: R1109856
