Supervisor

Job Summary We are seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead daily operations and a team of employees, ensuring performance, safety, and quality standards are met. You will drive results through effective leadership, communication, and operational problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Supervise, coach, and mentor team members to achieve individual and team goals Plan, assign, and coordinate daily work schedules and tasks to optimize productivity Monitor employee performance and deliver regular feedback, coaching, and evaluations to enhance effectiveness Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards to maintain operational integrity Identify operational issues and implement timely, effective solutions to improve workflows Facilitate team meetings to communicate organizational updates and align team objectives Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff to build a competent workforce Maintain accurate records of attendance, productivity, and incident reports for operational transparency Collaborate with upper management to drive continuous improvement initiatives and workflow enhancements Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture that supports employee engagement and retention Preferred competencies and qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred 2–5 years of supervisory or team lead experience in a related field Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills demonstrated through team management Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform effectively under pressure Proficiency in relevant software/tools such as MS Office, scheduling software, or ERP systems Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities applied in operational contexts Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or on-call as needed Bilingual skills (optional, if applicable) Other Information Benefits Competitive monthly salary: $4,000 – $5,000 (commensurate with experience) Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off and holiday pay Retirement savings plan with company match Opportunities for professional development and career advancement A positive and supportive work environment Location:Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Director TYW FOOD SERVICES is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
