Network Engineer

Job Summary Join our team as a Network Engineer to manage and support enterprise wired and wireless networks, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performance connectivity across infrastructure and data center operations. Responsibilities Manage and support wired and wireless network infrastructure and Data Centre network operations to maintain optimal performance Administer enterprise network devices such as routers, switches, wireless access points, WLAN controllers, AAA servers, and encryptors to ensure secure connectivity Troubleshoot network access, performance, and 802.1X authentication/authorization issues to resolve connectivity problems promptly Resolve wired and wireless connectivity incidents and escalate complex cases to appropriate teams when necessary Monitor network health continuously, respond to alerts, and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring network incidents Support network automation initiatives, enforce secure configuration compliance, perform configuration backups, and manage firmware upgrades Plan, implement, and manage operational network changes to enhance network stability and performance Coordinate network hardware lifecycle management, including maintenance renewals, vendor support, and procurement activities to ensure infrastructure reliability Collaborate with project teams to deliver enterprise IT initiatives that align with business goals Required competencies and certifications Network L2 Preferred competencies and qualifications Education in Information technology Other Information Please refer to U3’s Privacy Notice for Job Applicants/Seekers at https: //u3infotech.com/privacy-notice-job-applicants/.
