Business Analyst

RoleOverview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst (BA) to support keydigital and product initiatives across CRM, agency distribution, and newproduct development. This role will focus on requirements documentation and functional analysis, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to deliver scalable and well-defined solutions. KeyResponsibilities Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications Ensure requirements are clear, complete, and aligned with business objectives Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and validate requirements across multiple initiatives Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, data flows, and business processes, in collaboration with external partner Partner closely with developers to ensure requirements are clearly understood from inception through delivery Identify gaps and propose structured solutions despite limited IT resource allocation Maintain proper documentation standards and traceability KeyRequirements Experience as a Business Analyst or related role Experience in the insurance industry or insurance consulting is a strong advantage Strong skills in: Requirements documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories) Process mapping and gap analysis Stakeholder communication Ability to work across business and technology teams Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment Experience supporting system integration projects Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies Exposure to CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus Structured thinker with strong documentation discipline Proactive in identifying gaps and clarifying ambiguity Able to work independently with minimal supervision Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams --------------------------- Please refer to U3’s Privacy Notice for JobApplicants/Seekers at https://u3infotech.com/privacy-notice-job-applicants/ .
