Project Manager - Warehouse / Logistics

Job Summary The Project Manager drives the execution of end-to-end logistics projects in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for meeting customer requirements, managing cost controls, and maximizing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of warehouse operations, structured project management frameworks,, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination to deliver successful project outcomes. Responsibilities Project Execution: Plan,manage, and deliver logistics projects from inception to completion, focusing on process optimization, new implementations, and automation. Scope & Timeline Management: Define project scopes, timelines, key milestones, and deliverables while tracking progress and dependencies. Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and lead cross-functional alignment across Warehouse, Transport, IT, Engineering, and external teams. Risk & SLA Management: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks to ensure full compliance with customer requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Reporting & Reviews: Conduct regular project reviews and provide transparent, data-driven status updates to key stakeholders.
