Job Summary You will perform comprehensive manual testing to ensure software quality by validating functionality against business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to identify, track, and resolve defects efficiently. Responsibilities Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate software against business requirements Create, review, and execute detailed test cases and scenarios derived from business requirements to ensure thorough coverage Log, track, and manage defects using Jira to facilitate timely resolution and maintain quality standards Maintain accurate test documentation and project knowledge in Confluence for team transparency and knowledge sharing Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to communicate issues and ensure prompt defect resolution Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to contribute to continuous quality assurance improvements Validate application functionality systematically to ensure alignment with business needs and user expectations Required competencies and certifications 2–4 years of experience in Manual Testing Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence Good understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) Experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT testing Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills applied in testing contexts Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
