Role description Serve as the regional focal point for APAC markets, importers, and internal stakeholders on sales support matters, ensuring alignment across demand & supply planning, ordering, quotations, and pricing governance. Lead the design, standardization, and governance of end-to-end processes spanning planning, order execution, and vehicle delivery for the assigned brands and models. Own the monthly planning and ordering cycle for the responsible portfolio, driving cross-functional coordination to secure timely execution, delivery performance, and commercial responsiveness. Strengthening planning discipline through improving operational efficiency and identifying opportunities for process optimization. Provide coordination and governance support for Business Control planning requirements, ensuring quality inputs, timely submissions, and alignment with regional priorities. Act as the primary regional interface with HQ on MD/LD topics within the assigned scope, ensuring clear communication, issue resolution, and consistent execution across markets. Undertake related operational and administrative responsibilities required to ensure business continuity and effective support delivery. Responsibilities Lead regional S&OP coordination across APAC markets and importers, providing clear direction, ensuring accountability, and driving timely resolution of demand, ordering, inventory management, and other sales support activities. Oversee the monthly demand planning process by consolidating and validating market inputs, surfacing risks and opportunities, and recommending actions to balance commercial requirements. Support strategic exercises e.g. LTVF, growth strategies to alignment at the APAC level Own end-to-end order-to-delivery execution for the assigned models and brands, driving alignment across functions and maintaining visibility on milestones, dependencies, and risks. Ensure order placement activities are executed accurately and on time in line with approved plans, commercial priorities, and governance requirements. Direct coordination with HQ and operations on build schedules, shipping plans, and delivery timelines, while proactively managing escalations, changes, and stakeholder communications. Ensure invoicing readiness by aligning with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies, mitigate delays, and address ad hoc operational requirements. Drive process excellence by establishing, documenting, and continuously enhancing planning, ordering, and delivery workflows, including governance documents, templates, and operational guidance for the assigned scope. Lead the development and maintenance of consolidated trackers and reporting dashboards, providing stakeholders with clear visibility of order status, delivery performance, and key KPIs. Identify structural process gaps and inefficiencies, and drive practical improvement initiatives to strengthen data quality, operational discipline, and service levels. Maintain robust process documentation and knowledge repositories to support consistency, scalability, and business continuity. Support Business Control by coordinating submissions, ensuring data integrity, and aligning expectations and deliverables with business stakeholders. Serve as the key regional liaison to HQ on MD/LD topics, translating strategic and operational requirements into actionable market guidance and ensuring consistent execution across the region. Undertake related administrative and systems support responsibilities as needed to enable smooth business operations and effective stakeholder support. Required Competencies / Experiences Minimum 7 years of sales and operations planning (S&OP) or sales support experience, with 3 years in managerial capacity, preferably in the truck or automotive industry Structured, organized and conscientious Analytical aptitude, strong problem-solving skills and team player qualities Excellent oral & written English, Japanese an added advantage Excellent skills in Microsoft office, in particular MS Excel, macros and automation, an added advantage
