About this role

Job Description Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and provide recruitment support across various departments. Coordinate and process work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related employment matters with the relevant authorities. Facilitate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new employees. Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and recruitment initiatives to build a strong employer brand and talent pipeline. Maintain accurate recruitment records, HR databases, and employee documentation. Support other ad hoc HR duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources. Candidates with experience in the construction or engineering industry will have an added advantage. Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM work pass processes is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
