We develop advanced wireless ICs including UWB, BLE, NB-IoT, and WiFi6 technologies. Job Summary Lead research and development of algorithms for wireless ICs, supporting hardware integration and testing to deliver innovative solutions in a dynamic, global team environment. Responsibilities Develop and optimize algorithms for wireless ICs, including baseband, positioning, bioradar, and motor control algorithms to enhance device performance Produce comprehensive design documentation to guide hardware development and testing processes Collaborate with hardware teams to support integration and troubleshoot issues during development phases Analyze and resolve technical challenges encountered in wireless IC development to ensure product reliability and functionality Communicate effectively in English within a global, cross-functional team to drive project progress Adapt to diverse tasks and dynamic environments by applying strong learning skills and self-motivation Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in wireless IC design, demonstrating practical application of algorithm development in integrated circuits Master’s degree or higher in signal processing, microelectronics, communications, computer science, or related fields
