We develop advanced wireless ICs including UWB, BLE, NB-IoT, and WiFi6 technologies. Job Summary Design and develop RF/analog transceiver ICs using CMOS technology, performing schematic design, simulation, implementation, layout, and testing to deliver high-performance wireless integrated circuits. Responsibilities Design RF/analog transceiver IC circuits and systems based on CMOS technology to meet performance specifications Develop detailed schematics and conduct behavioral and circuit-level simulations to validate designs Implement circuit designs and create layout designs ensuring manufacturability and functionality Perform testing and characterization of RF/analog IC modules to verify design integrity and performance Design and test key RF/analog IC modules including VCO, PLL, LNA, PA, MIXER, PMU, ADC, and DAC Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate design progress and challenges clearly Required competencies and certifications Master’s degree or higher in microelectronics, communications, electronic engineering, or related fields Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in RF/analog IC design and testing
