Executive, Mhe Rental

The Job: Manage and develop key rental customer accounts. Build strong customer relationships and drive contract renewals. Identify upselling opportunities for rental, used equipment and logistics solutions. Conduct customer visits and business reviews. Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales opportunities. Support tender submissions, pricing negotiations and contract renewals. Monitor customer payments and work with Finance on overdue accounts. Gather market intelligence on competitors and industry trends. The Person: Diploma in Sales & Marketing or equivalent. Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Customer-focused with excellent relationship management skills. Analytical and able to identify business opportunities. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Technical knowledge of equipment or industrial products is an advantage.
