Principal Client Specialist

The Job: Achieve annual sales and rental targets for material handling equipment. Develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Conduct sales presentations and provide suitable equipment solutions to customers. Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments. Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM (T-basis) with customer activities. Track market trends, competitor activities and lost sales, and provide regular sales reports to management. The Person: Diploma in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in industrial equipment or B2B sales. Strong product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn technical products. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Commercially driven with strong business acumen. Customer-focused, proactive and results-oriented.
