Currently, they are seeking an experienced individual to join their team as a Portfolio Manager specializing in equities. Job Description Develop and implement effective investment strategies for the equities portfolio, aligning with the overall investment objectives of the Family Office. Oversee the management and optimization of the equities portfolio, ensuring it remains in line with the risk appetite and long-term goals of the organization. Conduct in-depth research and analysis of financial markets, industry trends, and individual companies to identify potential investment opportunities and risks. Collaborate with the investment team to determine appropriate asset allocation strategies, considering market conditions and client preferences. Continuously monitor the performance of the equities portfolio, making data-driven decisions to enhance returns and mitigate risks. Interact with high-net-worth clients and internal stakeholders, providing updates on portfolio performance, investment strategies, and market insights. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies while implementing risk management practices to safeguard the interests of the Family Office and its clients. Stay updated with the latest market trends, investment tools, and industry best practices to enhance personal and team performance. Requirements Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in portfolio management with a strong focus on equities. Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees and certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) are highly desirable. Demonstrated success in managing equities portfolios, achieving consistent returns, and effectively navigating varying market conditions. Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret complex financial data and make informed investment decisions. Proficient in implementing risk management strategies and techniques to protect investments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
