AVP, Strategy – Corporate Office

Our Client Our client is among Asia’s leading banking groups and is one of South East Asia’s largest bank by assets. They have an international network of over 2,000 branches in more than 15 countries including all 10 ASEAN countries. Currently, they are looking for a AVP, Strategy – Corporate Office. This person is responsible for strategy development and business planning, project management and business transformation as well as reporting and data analytics. Job Description Conceptualizing, planning, and managing key strategy projects. Collaborate with key stakeholders to execute plan as well as to maintain alignment with broader strategic goals. Responsible for developing business strategy for Asia Reporting and data analytics including: deliver insights on market competition / regulatory landscape and key trends, conduct analyses and develop actionable recommendations, compile thoughtful post-mortem analyses to determine areas for optimization and improvement as well as timely reports submission. Identify areas for improvements across Asia. In charge of the implementation and continuous improvements in processes / systems / policies. Requirements Bachelor degree in Banking and Finance or equivalent is preferred Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a corporate strategic planning role is required for this role. Game changing mindset, analytical mindset, and ability to think out of the box. Demonstrated track record of project management. Good organizational and follow up skills.
