Job Summary Manage full accounting operations and daily finance activities while overseeing office administration to support business efficiency and compliance. Responsibilities Manage the full set of accounts to ensure accurate financial records and reporting Prepare monthly management reports, budgets, and monitor cash flow to support financial decision-making Verify accuracy of invoices, vouchers, and financial documents to maintain compliance and data integrity Ensure GST compliance and fulfill statutory reporting requirements timely and accurately Liaise with auditors, bankers, corporate secretaries, and related companies to coordinate financial matters Oversee tenancy agreements, trademarks, and insurance policies to safeguard company assets and legal compliance Supervise Senior Secretary and Administrative Assistant to maintain smooth office operations and team productivity Monitor bank transactions and support treasury functions to optimize cash management Maintain asset registers and accounting records, including subsidiaries, to ensure accurate asset tracking Support management in financial planning, reporting, and finance-related projects to drive strategic initiatives Oversee general office administration and implement efficient administrative processes Coordinate with HQ HR on office administration and policy matters to align with corporate standards Perform ad hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs Act as responsible Bank Authorised Signatory and fulfill Directorship duties when assigned to ensure governance compliance Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in finance and administrative functions Experience handling full set of accounts preferred to enhance operational effectiveness Basic understanding of tenancy agreements, trademarks, and insurance administration advantageous for comprehensive asset management Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., SAP) advantageous for streamlined financial processing Strong organisational, communication, and supervisory skills to lead teams and manage multiple responsibilities Responsible, independent, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently Willingness to work a 5.5-day workweek and beyond official hours to meet business demands
