Job Summary The RTO will oversee M&E, C&S and Archi works on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards. This role involves system monitoring, inspections, technical support, coordination, and documentation throughout construction phases. Responsibilities Monitor M&E, C&S and Archi systems daily to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards in Singapore Conduct thorough inspections of completed site works, documenting findings and reporting non-compliances or defects promptly Provide technical assistance to contractors and project teams by resolving queries and facilitating site coordination Review drawings and technical documents to verify workmanship and materials meet required standards Support testing and commissioning activities by coordinating with project managers and consultants Maintain accurate records and prepare clear inspection reports to communicate site status and issues effectively Analyze site measurements, test results, and data using basic statistics to identify trends and support decision-making Collaborate professionally with multidisciplinary teams while working independently on-site throughout construction and installation phases Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or related field Registration under ACES/IES RTO registry is highly preferred Strong knowledge of local codes, regulations, and safety standards applicable to Singapore construction sites Prior experience working on construction sites in Singapore
