Rto (Resident Technical Officer)

Responsibilities Inspect and monitor civil, structural, architectural, or M&E works daily to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications Verify contractor adherence to prevailing LTA regulations, quality standards, and approved Method Statements and Risk Assessments Maintain detailed daily site records including progress updates, weather conditions, manpower deployment, material deliveries, and site instructions Identify and report poor workmanship or defective materials, issuing rectification instructions to contractors promptly Assist Resident Engineers (REs) during site meetings and coordinate activities effectively with Resident Technical Officers (RTOs), contractors, and other stakeholders Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Degree in Civil, Structural, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering Minimum 3 years of relevant on-site experience in LTA MRT or infrastructure projects Other Information Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please email an updated resume to chrisshiew@hotmail.com For candidates applying, consent is deemed for collection, use, or disclosure of personal information related to recruitment services
