Placement Consultant

Join Unistarr Employment (MOM EA Licence 15C7448), a CNA-featured Singapore maid agency. Help families find the right helper while growing sales and repeat business. We run our own AI-powered placement system, so the software handles the busywork and you focus on people. Competitive basic plus attractive commission, bonus, and profit sharing. Training provided. We are 11 years in operation and were recently featured on CNA and 8world for our AI-enabled placement system. We need a friendly EA Personnel (Placement Consultant) to help employers find a suitable helper and enjoy the experience, while boosting sales and repeat business. You own the placement journey from first enquiry to a settled helper. What you will do • Give employers an outstanding experience across calls, messages, and the whole journey • Assess each employer's needs and recommend suitable helpers • Interview helpers to verify details and schedule employer interviews (supported by our intake team) • Upload biodatas and prepare documents for signing, using our in-house Unistarr OS • Keep management informed with simple activity and results reports • Undergo full training; report directly to the Director and Manager What we look for • Enjoys a fast-paced, AI-automated workplace and picks up new software quickly - our placement OS handles the busywork so you focus on people and sales • Excellent communication and customer-service skills; willing to go the extra mile • Patience in a busy, sometimes pressured environment; positive team player • Good prioritising, time-management and organisational skills; open to feedback • A second language (Mandarin / Malay / Bahasa) is a plus • Maid-agency or service-sales experience is a plus, but attitude and learning speed matter more (we train) • Eligible to work in Singapore (SC / PR; valid pass) What we offer • Competitive basic salary (commensurate with experience) • Attractive commission and bonus package, plus profit sharing • Medical benefits; career development, coaching, and company-sponsored courses • Modern tooling - our own placement OS, not spreadsheets • Choice of work location, staff-bonding sessions, and a strong, recently-in-the-news brand Work week: 6-day work week with weekend commitment (rostered).
