Product Executive (Data Management)

Remark : Can start work immediately Job Objective: Processing and management of product approval/regulatory requests Management of products and its relevant data Core Responsibilities: Approvals & Regulatory Requests Management Assist with product specification approvals Process product regulatory requests according to local, regional or international standards (e.g., REACH, API etc.). Monitor and track regulatory approvals and any necessary follow-up actions Maintain accurate records of regulatory submissions and approvals Product Packaging Management Gather details on packaging feedback Monitor and keep updated on progress of packaging feedback Monitor and keep updates of product barcodes Product and Application Management Work closely with other departments to gather accurate product information Update and maintain product data sheets (PDS) Support the tracing of product sales to ensure product life validity Job Specifications: Minimum education qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Minimum years of experience: Fresh graduates are welcome Key job-specific competency requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to keep track of multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
