Job Responsibilities: To actively make outbound calls to present Insurance products to customers To achieve Key Performance Indicators including sales, quality and operational standards. To utilize persuasive communication skills to effectively overcome objections and close sales, ensuring a high conversion rate Handle customer’s objection professionally, providing excellent customer service and follow up Consistently meet and exceed sales targets set by management monthly To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management. Job Requirements: Passionate communicators who can effectively connect with customers and articulate the value of our insurance products Motivated individuals who thrive in a goal-oriented environment and are eager to grow their career Willing to learn and apply new techniques to improve skillsets Team players who enjoy working collaboratively and contributing to a positive team dynamic Flexibility with extended working hours CMFAS qualification requirements in M5 and M9 (preferred but not a must) Minimum 3 GCE O level is required
