Job Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or relevant Master's degree is highly preferred. Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in the banking or financial services industry, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role. Proven track record of success in managing large portfolios, driving business growth, and achieving strategic objectives.
