Sales Coordinator (Tuas, 5 Days, $3.8K)

Salary: $3,500 to $3,800 Work Days: 5 Days (8:30am to 5:30pm) Work Location: Tuas Responsibilities: • Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner. • Coordinate service requests and provide accurate product and service information. • Prepare quotations and convert enquiries into sales opportunities. • Resolve service fulfilment issues and liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. • Schedule and coordinate field service assignments efficiently. • Handle purchasing-related activities to support customer requirements. • Monitor assigned service activities and ensure timely follow-up. • Perform other administrative and coordination duties as assigned.
