Logistics Customer Service Assistant (Tuas, 5 Days, $3.3K)

Salary: $3,300 Work Days: 5 Days (9am to 6pm) Work Location: Tuas (walking distance from MRT station) Responsibilities: • Prepare and process shipping and logistics documentation for import and export shipments. • Coordinate shipment schedules and deliveries with customers, vendors and internal teams. • Support import/export documentation and permit processing. • Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders. • Assist with warehouse, inventory and order fulfilment activities. • Maintain accurate operational records and system updates. • Liaise with internal departments and external service providers to ensure smooth operations. • Handle customer enquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
