Salary: $3,2000 Work Days: 5 Days (8:30am to 5:30pm) Work Location: Jurong East (near MRT station) Responsibilities: • In-charge of Import/Export Documentation & Processes. • Shipping documentation (Import/ LC/ documentation/ Bill of Lading / FTA Agreement). • Provide customer support for shipments and advise various country customary rules and regulations; provide after-sales support and following up with client till the whole transaction is completed. • Handling customer enquires or complaints. • Send all necessary information and documentation to clients / agents / sea companies / forwarders accurately and on a timely basis. • Liaise and maintain good relations with agents and shipping companies. • Maintain container inventory control and container maintenance & repair. • Other Administrative and ad-hoc duties if required.
