Retail Sales Executive

Responsibilities: • Provide professional customer service and product recommendations in store. • Support sales activities, customer enquiries and after-sales follow-up. • Coordinate with overseas headquarters on purchasing and product-related matters. • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management. • Prepare sales plans, weekly reports and market feedback. • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations. • Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when required. • Achieve assigned sales targets and support business growth.
