Leasing Executive (City Area, 5 Days, $4K)

Salary: $3,500 to $4,000 Work Days: 5 Days (9am to 5:30pm) Work Location: City Area Responsibilities: • Assist clients/tenants in identifying suitable properties (residential, commercial & retail) for leasing based on their requirements and budget. • Coordinate viewings and provide market insights to support informed leasing decisions. • Facilitate lease negotiations and ensure smooth transaction processes. • Prepare and manage tenancy agreements, termination notices statements of accounts and related documentation. • Maintain accurate records and databases while ensuring compliance with CEA regulations and company policies. • Provide administrative support throughout the leasing process.
