IT Operations Executive

Job Description We are seeking a proactive and motivated IT Operations Executive to support and maintain the company's IT infrastructure and operational systems. Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Management Assist in maintaining and managing the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, hardware, and software systems. Support the smooth operation and availability of IT resources. System Monitoring Monitor system and network performance using appropriate monitoring tools. Identify potential issues and escalate or resolve them promptly to minimize disruptions. Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues. Assist in diagnosing and resolving IT incidents to ensure business continuity. Security Management Support the implementation and maintenance of IT security policies and procedures. Assist in safeguarding company data, systems, and networks from cybersecurity threats. Capacity Planning Assist in evaluating IT infrastructure requirements and supporting future system enhancements and upgrades. Vendor Management Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT equipment, software, and support services. Track service requests and follow up on issue resolution. Budget & Asset Management Assist in monitoring IT assets, software licenses, and operational expenditures. Maintain accurate records of IT inventory and documentation. Cloud Fleet Management (CFM) System Support Assist in maintaining and supporting the Cloud Fleet Management (CFM) ship management system. Perform data entry, data validation, and record maintenance to ensure the accuracy and integrity of operational data.
