Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the maritime and shipping industry. Develop and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, charterers, brokers, and other industry stakeholders. Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify potential business opportunities. Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation. Support contract negotiations and business development activities. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction. Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and overseas business trips when required. Requirements Strong interest in business development, sales, or the maritime industry. Prior experience in business development, sales, customer relations, shipping, logistics, or related industries is an advantage but not required. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Confident in engaging with clients and building professional relationships. Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel overseas for business meetings and industry events.
