Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities: Direct and coordinate the activities of production employees to achieve daily production output and quality targets Monitor production schedules and ensure the timely completion of tasks Identify and address bottlenecks to maintain smooth operations Assign tasks to team members based on production requirements, skills, and workload Conduct training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge Provide performance coaching and enforce discipline as needed Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with Engineering, Logistics, Quality Assurance, and other departments to resolve production issues Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency Ensure compliance with EHS policies, PPE requirements, and cleanroom standards Conduct safety training sessions for team members Investigate and report safety incidents promptly Requirements: Diploma/ Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or related field At least 1 year of experience in a semiconductor fab environment Experience in bumping processes is an advantage Good leadership and communication skills
