This role is responsible for driving operational excellence and governance in the adoption of agentic applications, ensuring successful implementation through roadmap definition, evaluation, and embedding responsible AI practices. Key duties include managing the agent lifecycle, monitoring performance against SLAs, optimizing prompts, and ensuring robust logging for regulatory compliance.
Candidates must possess 15+ years of experience operationalizing end-to-end AI/ML systems, including a minimum of 1-2 years dedicated to Generative AI and LLM projects, with hands-on experience in prompt design and model integration. A Bachelor's degree in a related technical field and strong fundamentals in Data Science, Python, and Applied NLP are required.
