VP / AVP, GenAI Engineer/Scientist, Innovation Group

This role is responsible for driving operational excellence and governance in the adoption of agentic applications, including managing the agent lifecycle, monitoring performance against SLAs, and integrating agent workflows into change management processes. Key duties also involve crafting and optimizing prompts, system messages, and few-shot examples to maximize model relevance, accuracy, and cost efficiency. Candidates must possess 5 to 10 years of experience designing, building, and operationalizing end-to-end AI/ML systems, with a minimum of 1 to 2 years dedicated to generative AI and LLM projects. A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required, along with strong hands-on skills in Python, Data Science fundamentals, and experience with LLM integration and evaluation techniques.
