Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of digital transformation and technology projects. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality solutions while ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and digital projects from planning through implementation and support. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and project governance. Coordinate cross-functional teams including business users, developers, architects, QA, infrastructure, security, and vendors. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, project status updates, workshops, and Agile ceremonies. Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests. Oversee vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Support business requirements gathering, solution planning, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-implementation activities. Maintain project documentation, dashboards, reports, RAID logs, and governance artefacts. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and project governance frameworks. Drive continuous improvement across project delivery, operational processes, and stakeholder engagement. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. 5+ years of Project Management experience delivering ICT or digital transformation projects. Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience managing Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies. Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality. Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar. Preferred Qualifications Experience in one or more of the following would be an advantage: Government or public sector projects Digital transformation initiatives Cloud migration (AWS, Azure, GCC) Enterprise application delivery System integration projects Product delivery Change management Procurement and contract management Cybersecurity or compliance projects Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, ITIL, or CITPM are highly preferred.
