Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Developer tojoin our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing,developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions, mentoring juniorteam members, and contributing to architectural decisions that drive innovationand scalability. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable androbust applications. Lead complex software development projects fromrequirements to deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding product managers, QA, and DevOps. Review code, mentor junior developers, andenforce best practices. Contribute to system architecture and technicaldesign discussions. Identify performance bottlenecks and optimizeapplication performance. Stay updated on emerging technologies andpropose innovative solutions. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ComputerScience, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of professional software developmentexperience. Proficiency in primary programming languages,e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript]. Solid understanding of software architecture,design patterns, and data structures. Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, andcloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agiledevelopment practices. Strong problem-solving skills and attention todetail. Excellent communication and interpersonalskills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in [insert industry-specific tools orframeworks, e.g., Spring Boot, .NET Core, React, Angular]. Knowledge of containerization tools like Dockerand orchestration platforms like Kubernetes. Experience working with databases (SQL andNoSQL). Prior experience leading small teams or projectsis a plus.
