Uiux Designer

About the Role We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers to create user-centered designs that align with business goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Conduct user research and analyze user behavior, needs, and pain points Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs Design responsive web and mobile interfaces with a strong focus on usability Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams throughout the product lifecycle Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve user experience Ensure consistency in branding and visual design across products Stay updated on design trends, UX best practices, and emerging technologies Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design or related role Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design thinking Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to balance user needs with business objectives Preferred Qualifications Experience designing SaaS, mobile apps, or enterprise platforms Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development concepts Experience with design systems and component libraries Knowledge of user research methodologies and analytics tools Motion design or interaction design experience is a plus
