Accountant & Payroll

Responsibilities Maintain full or partial sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations. Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, journal entries, and other accounting transactions accurately and on time. Perform monthly bank, supplier, and intercompany reconciliations, and prepare balance sheet schedules. Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Prepare, manage, and analyze balance sheets and profit & loss (P&L) statements. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records while maintaining compliance with accounting policies and procedures. Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or a related field. 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.). Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines consistently. Willing to learn, proactive, and comfortable handling routine accounting tasks. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients, suppliers, or colleagues.
