Adjunct Counsellor (Youth Counselling)

Responsibilities Provide individual, family (when appropriate), and group counselling to students. Support students with emotional, mental health, academic, behavioral, and social concerns. Deliver both in-person and online counselling sessions. Manage counselling cases from intake to closure, including follow-up support. Respond to crisis and high-risk situations, including referrals where required. Maintain accurate case notes and update documentation by the next working day. Work closely with lecturers, parents, and other stake holders to support students. Participate in case discussions, clinical supervision, and performance reviews. Design and facilitate student well-being workshops(preferred). Requirements Master's Degree in Counselling, Psychology, or an equivalent qualification. Registered membership with a recognised professional counselling body Relevant counselling experience Experience working with youths or young adults is preferred. Experience in case management and crisis intervention. Strong interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills. Able to conduct both face-to-face and online counselling.
